Refund & Guarantee Policy

1) Overview
ShadowPilot provides marketing automation software plus done-for-you setup and support. Our standard is simple: deliver measurable results that justify your spend.
2) Performance Guarantee
We guarantee measurable results, or we work for free until you get them.
Before activation, we agree on the target for your plan:
- Starter (Core Capture): At least one booked job within 30 days of launch.
- Growth (Growth System): Increase in booked jobs and/or verified customer reviews within 30 days.
- Pro (Full Growth Machine): Demonstrable lift in attributable revenue within one quarter.
If the target isn't met and participation requirements are met (see §5), we will continue working at no charge until the target is achieved or, at our discretion, issue a partial refund based on completed deliverables.
3) Refunds
We aim for fairness, not fine print.
- Full refund: If you cancel within 7 days of initial payment and before onboarding begins.
- Partial refund: If setup and participation requirements are completed but no measurable progress occurs within the first 30 days of activation, you may request a partial refund up to the amount of your most recent monthly fee.
- After 30 days, remedies follow the Performance Guarantee in §2 (continued service at no cost until the target is met, or a fair partial refund at our discretion).
- No refund if (a) onboarding has begun and you cancel before allowing the agreed service window, or (b) you fail to provide required access/materials that prevent launch.
4) Cancellations
- Monthly (No-Commitment): Cancel anytime before the next billing date—no further payments.
- Annual Commitment / Prepay: Cancel anytime. If cancelled early, the originally waived setup fee becomes payable; future installments stop.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
5) Participation Requirements
To measure performance, you agree to:
provide required account access, branding/content approvals, and timely responses to leads and ShadowPilot requests; maintain reachable business contact details; and allow tracking necessary to attribute results.
6) Governing Law & Disputes
This policy is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes are addressed first via good-faith discussion; failing resolution, jurisdiction is the courts of Vancouver, BC.
